Pre-Servicing:Booked a servicing with them and was given an available date promptly. Communication was done via email and they were very quick to respond and confirm a slot for me.Servicing Day:Headed down and service was great and fuss free, had a courtesy car to use for couple of hours till they serviced my vehicle.Servicing and checking was done so efficiently that they managed to not only did the regular maintenance servicing, but also pointed out some potential issues that my vehicle has.After service was awesome as I was informed of what works has been done and some future suggested works that may be required after diagnosis.Not that relevant but their workshop and courtesy vehicle was pretty neat and clean too!Overall, quality service and work efficiency was top notch from the team at Eason's! This was my first service since I bought my Mercedes. I had checked the price with the Mercedes dealer and with Easons and could not believe the difference for the same service. I am more than pleased with the service I got from Easons, very professional, great communication and great workmanship. My car is running like a dream. Damaged my Tiguan on a journey to Ballarat in a collision with a kangaroo. The VW dealer was not able to assist but referred me to Eason's. Best thing that could have happened! Although they were close to closing time, Paul went out of his way to make the car safe for the 850km journey back home. Considerate, professional and helpful above and beyond my expectations. I could not recommend his services highly enough. He made the car safe and looking respectable and took a huge load of stress off my shoulders! Tiguan service at 1/3 less than the quoted price by Volkswagen AU. Can't beat that for a local business using genuine service parts and quality oils. I just get the impression they could do with a bigger shed, they are so busy!
