I highly recommend Eason’s Car Centre. I was travelling from Melbourne to Ballarat when, about 50km out of Ballarat, my Subaru XV’s check engine light, emissions control warning light, and stability control light all came on. On top of that, my cruise control light started flashing and wouldn’t engage. I quickly searched for mechanics in Ballarat and chose Eason’s based on their great reviews — and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, Ethan at reception squeezed my car in straight away so Clay could take a look. While I was waiting, Paul also came over to see if there was anything he could help me with, which I really appreciated. Clay was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what the issue was. He even provided a printout of the error codes, cleared them, and got me safely back on the road. To top it all off, they didn’t charge me. That level of professionalism, friendliness, and genuine customer care deserves 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ without hesitation. Easons in Canadian were fully booked, however they were able to fit ( squeeze ) me in . I had just arrived from Queensland with air conditioning that wasn't working. They topped up the gas and put in a tracer die, so that I could take into my local service centre in Coolum Beach, when I returned home. They went above and beyond what was required of them. I can't praise them to highly for the service I received. I have given them five stars, but honestly I would have given them ten if I could. If you are a local in Ballarat, or just a visitor like me go to them for any service requirements. James

Definitely go to Easons. I travel 2 1/2 hrs each way just to have our cars serviced by Easons. From booking to pickup the whole process is seamless and they offer a courtesy car. The staff are friendly, helpful, informative and very respectful of female clients. Services are very well priced and your car is returned as clean as it was when dropped off. Thankyou Easons 😊
